Jupiter is clearly hiding the most important drawback of Jupiter Edge CSB credit card.

2% cashback of selected category is NOT FOR EVERYONE. Yes you read it right!!

If you don't have a Jupiter Savings (Federal) account, the jewels earned by CSB Rupay credit card can't be converted to cashback. You have left with only one option, which is to purchase gift vouchers with those jewels. There is no option to credit the cashback to the card.

Considering the currently available GVs (Flipkart, Amazon Shopping, Uber, Zomato), these can be easily obtained from other platforms by minimum 5% - 10% discount, therefore this is totally a negative redemption end of the day.

Jupiter is doing all these kind of dirty plays, that too without revealing it to customers is totally unprofessional and unethical. Being a customer since day one of Jupiter launch, it's surprising to see how this company changes it's policies and promises on day to day basis.

They didn't fulfill or maintain the product features, of not even a single product what it offers originally.

So those who don't have their SB account and taking this card by seeing 2% Cashback advertisement, think twice.

I am unable to perform VKYC for Jupiter CSB Card. It shows something went wrong. Facing this issue from the past 13 days. Contacted email support they don't know when it'll be fixed.

Hey, with the Jupiter CSB Card, do you get the Jewels instantly for Scan & Pay transactions, or are they credited after the bill is generated?

For non-UPI transactions, Jewels are credited instantly, but for UPI transactions, I haven't received any Jewels for any category.

Jewels credit for UPI is instant. But can redeem only after 15 days or so.

Phir to is card ka koi genuine use hi nahi hai. Isko to lootna hi better hai. Food category choose karke dost ke restaurant ke QR pe daily transaction karna padega ab😂

Which platforms offer 5-10% discount on vouchers? Please name some of them

I've noticed an issue when trying to make payments through the Jupiter app: the credit card option is often disabled for certain QR codes.

Strangely, the same card works fine for those same QR codes when added to other apps like Cred or Paytm.

I'm wondering why this inconsistency exists and if transactions made through other apps still qualify for rewards.

It was too good to be true anyway. Doesn't bother me too much cause apparently it Isn't serviceable to my pin even though I literally live in Federal Banks hometown.

Transaction made through other app will get zero Jewels.
