ICICI Sapphire Amex Get Cancelled Automatic

Recently, I got LTF ICICI Sapphire dual variant credit card. Since I didn't use the Amex variant in 30 days, card get cancelled. Although the Mastercard variant is active. I have requested them for the regeneration of the Amex card, but they have denied the request. I think I have generated the PIN in imobile app. I didn't remember.

Is there any way to get the Amex variant again? or what should I do here?

Only ICICI should help you.. once 37 days are gone after card approval, then card gets closed automatically if we don’t activate it..
Only issuer has the option to re-enable it.
Call them again

Your received amex card couldn't active now but ICICI could issue a different new card to you. Email them from level 1 to 3 and DM on X

Your received amex card couldn't active now but ICICI could issue a different new card to you. Email them from level 1 to 3 and DM on X

Search for ICICI grievance redressal on Google. Every banks posts pDF mentioning all possible support ids

If not satisfactory Then fill level 2

ICICI didn't have specific email ID for grievance. So fill online form by below link

Bank thinks that if u have not activated or felt need of using the card for 30 days then u don't card, which is practically correct also

only great thing of amex variant is - blinkit - flat Rs 150 off on Rs 1500 txn(on weekend only)

Update: I got called by the ICICI team....card stands cancelled.
Should I email them or let it go the issues.

It's best to set the pin immediately after receiving the physical card for this reason..you might forget or not need to transact in the first 30 days if it is not your primary card.

I always set the pin before the card delivery and keep all the transactions off until it gets delivered. Not sure if I need to do any transaction within 30 days or not?

The mail I got from ICICI said either enabling online / international / contactless transactions or generating pin would count towards activation.

If you want to be even more careful you can save the card in some portal where they do a 2 rs transaction to verify
