ICICI Sapphire Amex Get Cancelled Automatic

Recently, I got LTF ICICI Sapphire dual variant credit card. Since I didn't use the Amex variant in 30 days, card get cancelled. Although the Mastercard variant is active. I have requested them for the regeneration of the Amex card, but they have denied the request. I think I have generated the PIN in imobile app. I didn't remember.

Is there any way to get the Amex variant again? or what should I do here?

As a precaution, I just set pin and add on Cheq, which does the 2 Rs Verification charge, which counts as a txn and activates the card.
