Fi Money Account Freeze

My Fi money account was recently put on a credit freeze due to some suspicious activity.
I was told to submit some documents, which I did.

Now, I saw a lot of bad reviews regarding this very issue, and I want to know if someone had the same problem and was it ever resolved, if so then how much time did it take?

Moreover, I have some investments there that are going to mature in coming month or two, and I want to know if I should wait or withdraw now; that is, was the experience back to normal after the unfreeze?

So you can debit the amount in your account if u feel unsafe

Moreover, credit freeze is done when system detect unusual activity etc

As u already had submitted the docs
Follow up with them through emails
It should be lifted within 1 month max

Dubega nahi bhai. Agar paise nahi mile to RBI hai na, paise bhi wapas lenge & compensation bhi lenge.

generally , they dont unfreeze unless they strongly believe that urs are legit... but still unsure about these neobanks..
