HDFC double debit card cashback?

I have classic banking of HDFC. I applied family banking for my brother by opening a new account. The account was opened in Basic and the Millennia debit card was delivered.
Now due to family banking, it has converted to classic banking.

Q1. Will the card fee be applicable for Millennia debit card if not activated?
Q2. If activated after the classic banking upgrade, fee applicable for Millennia DC?
Q3. I am going to apply platinum DC, If I make bill payment through Millenia DC & then via platinum debit card, will I get cashback for both ?

You know being a classic customer, you can directly dial and ask these things to RM 🙂
Classic banking have platinum free, which is higher than millennia

Debit card is free if you applied after classic banking upgrade

If you pay bill through millennia then your cash points will credit after 90 days. If you close before 90 days and apply a different card then you get nothing for millennia.

Debit card is free if under classic banking

If you pay bill through millennia then your cash points will credit after 90 days. If you close before 90 days and apply a different card then you get nothing for millennia.

Then it is better not to activate it. As Hdfc do not allow two DC at a time.

If your debit card issued before classic banking upgrade then leave it deactivate and apply your desire card after that, under classic banking you will get free of charges
