Unfotunately I have no idea in Offline process.. I remember reading one guy had processed thru offline , he got the card .. I read in one of these YES Bank CC threads only..

Yes you need to submit the latest statement of your credit card with the highest limit of over 5 lakhs

Some cards charges refundable amount, some cards like priority pass gives direct free access.

If anyone has used the card before or can guide about it.

Also I got the card approved with Yes Grandeur account with 50k spending limit, without any income documents.

when I reach the video KYC stage there's a continue button there clicking on which doesn't work. Tried across devices and browsers.. What to do now? Cc call center says it may be a glitch but that guy was 100 percent unsure. Just said to try in some time. Can you guide please @SSV bro

SOmeone else also had the same problem... just wait for a day or two...
I will let you know, if I come to know about the solution..
meanwhile , clear the coookies, etc.. or start in a new browser etc..

I completed the vkyc by applying fresh again. It took directly to the vkyc page

All done within a week's time.

Opened Yes Grandeur account, gave a cheque for 5.3 lakhs,
They applied for the credit card after the money was credited in the bank.

Took 2 days for the card to show in the app, yet to receive the physical card
