I am currently a student and I have never worked in any industry. However, for the past 5-6 years, I have been continuously receiving spam and genuine calls from credit card companies and property dealers. I understand the credit card calls as I hold a credit card with a 4 lakh limit from an alumni program, but I don't understand why I am receiving property calls. My inbox is flooded with messages from these dealers every day.
Above all, calls from Paisa Bazaar are a real pain in A***. They literally call every morning from 9-11 am from last 1 year, and it's the same pitch in a loop. At first, Standard Chartered used to do the same thing, then Axis Bank, and now I've started receiving calls from SBI.
As for the property calls in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida, I have no connection to these areas as I live in eastern UP. Even my mobile number is 10-12 years old. I want to know how you guys stopped getting these calls, as I never receive any tempting offers from them. It's always Paisa Bazaar, co-branded credit cards, Axis Neo, or low-grade RuPay/Visa cards that I never wanted to own, and they all come with fees, not even a lifetime free offer.
I just don't want to receive any more calls from them. Please share your experience and tricks that I can implement.
PS: I have an iPhone 7 Plus, but Truecaller is useless for me.
