Axis Bank has listed a Super Premium card, silently to their updated MITC, and they’re calling it Axis Primus.

What do we know as of now?

1. 1.8L fee
2. No DCC markup
3. No Forex markup
4. No cash withdrawals fee
5. Lowest finance charges, starting from 1%
6. No over limit fee
7. Add-on card: first one is free, from next one ₹15,000
8. No 1% rent payment fee

Except these as there’s no mention of any exclusion in reward points earning and milestone exclusion. So we can assume, there’s no exclusion. Good old Axis days for a price?

Added the MITC doc in the attachment.

What do you think of this card? Surely it’s not going to be easily available like other Axis cards in golden days, but does ₹1.8L fee justified as of now? Let us know below

When the chief mod posted, the old needs to be merged here asap

The interesting bit is that the rewards and the perks(like M&G and airport pickups and drops) have not been purposely leaked/mentioned out so far.

Is Axis testing out the response and waiting for people's reaction to decide how many of them to add?
Are they becoming indusind bank
& Magnus is becoming legend cc 🤣🤣

its good that the entry criteria is very high with 2.12L fees...so abusers will be removed automatically...plus this card should not have any joining benefits or renewal benefits...it'll weed out almost all abusers....coz if they end up spending 30L or so to recover the fees paid...they'll automatically get IT notice coz there are not many ppl who have incomes in excess of 30-40L PA

Yes easy way removed due to existing conditions are strict, yes definitely I will upgrade from Reserve to this in coming days.

Will be worth the fees only if they give rewards on tax payments. If they have exclusions like Magnus, then no point.

This is exactly the sort of criteria that abusers flock to esp given the fee paid....paying electricity bill payment for multiple companies, leveraging card for commercial purpose etc..
