On 12th June swiggy offered LTF credit card.
Applied through app right then.
Application number generated and asked to wait 8-10 days.

On 15th mail received, rejected because:
"encountered a challenge while verifying and validating your identity through our Contact Point Verification process"

Fact is no one from HDFC called on my phone or knocked at my door.

And on top, they hit both cibil & Equifax.

They disapproved Swiggy cc second time.

Feeling violated 🤕

Escalate via customer care and twitter and ask them to validate again.
Same happened with Neu Infinity. But I lost interest and didn't 'pursue' them.
