You can use any method to pay less than 15k bill but for 15k and above only upi option is available.

Dusra bhaiyo ne Google pay se bataya hai, by using icici amazon cc, if the amount is big, there is no capping on billing amount.

fir to amazon balance se bhi pay ni ho pa rha hoga. I think 15000 is the limit to pay through amazon pay balance. U might have to pay through tata infinity credit card.

If your electricity provider direct website has billdesk as payment option, try through that and check if Amazon wallet is available. You can pay any amount through pay balance.
