All my fuel purchases are under 350Rs. Since minimum transaction is Rs400, can I use HP PAY app to my benefit of 5% savings or nah?

Yea I got that, but min transaction amount is 400 right and all my purchases come under 350. So, how to get 5% savings with such low transaction amount values
I think only fuel surcharge waiver is above 400, I guess you should get reward points(4%) for anything above 150.
