Au video banking error

I had applied for au ixigo cc and got approved. Since the provided pincode was wrong, the delivery failed and card was returned to bank. I tried changing the address through video banking for which they provided a performa to manually fill and sign it infront of the agent through video banking. The problem now I face is i cant connect to video banking now. I have been trying for past 1 week and still video banking doesnt work. Contacted au over chat and email. They don't know what the issue is. The update only works over video banking or visiting nearest au branch which is 150km away. Did anyone face similar issue with video banking. Anyone here can help?

Deregister from au bank app & register again and then try vdo banking …. What’s the actual pblm ? Is the vdo banking queue too long or you just fail to connect everytine ?

Nothing happens when clicking update address. Anyways received the card. They send to my residence address. Had issue with provided office address

did you found any solution for this? I want to update email id but not able to connect to vide banking.
on clicking Update Email ID in video banking nothing works.

No. Still same error.No one in au bank has any idea about the same
