how do we track the application status, cant find any link to track it

Just got a call from them asking me to email them to consider my company name as per salary slip since i only mentioned the name directly 🙂 and also password to my statement does this mean i can still get the card

No problem. Yes, I'd applied through Cashkaro and my rewards were confirmed last month.

Perfect so even if the application shows declined initially its not an issue ? also yours got auto tracked or you had to do it manually

Mine has been a week almost now, did yours get approved within a week post asking documents

For me, they took 5 days after Payslips submission email. But it may vary from case to case. Reach out to customer support for the status of your application.

I reached out to their chat all they said is I am rejected but that could be the orignal application status which was rejected

You should receive the pin generation SMS this week if your card is approved.

I have applied for the hsbc lic plus card and completed the vkyc.But after that there is no communication regarding the card status.When calling cc and enter the dob and phone number it says record not found.

How long will they take to process the application after it gets submitted?.

Checked the number given in post and they say it's in submitted status.

It totally varies for different people. My experience was around 10 days it took for the vKYC completion and getting the message "Dear Customer, you will receive a message within 2 days on how to generate your HSBC Card Pin via SMS" which basically means card approved and dispatch pending. Finally got the card on 10 th day

One thing I would suggest is to drop an email to cardsupport@hsbc.co.in and I believe due to that by the end of the day my application was approved.
