I was able to use my ICICI rupay platinum DC on amazon for 20% off on May successfully for first time (new card)
But now on 7th June Friday, it was not working.

IDFC first tap was working fine.

Any idea what could be the problem with ICICI rupay platinum

Shouldn't be right... it should work once every month.

My ICICI platinum rupay worked on Friday amazon only once. It didn't work when I tried last Friday in this month,

My ICICI platinum rupay worked on Friday amazon only once. It didn't work when I tried last Friday in this month,

I told many times, delete your saved ICICI RuPay Platinum debit card from Amazon and then after 20mins, try through Amazon website. you will see the discount amount.

If discount is still not showing then try this trick -

Go to card otp page and cancel then transaction, now next retry transaction, you will see the discount amount.

Note - offer valid once per card per month and minimum payment Rs129

Next time inform me, if still not working using this tricks.

99% users face this problem on ICICI RuPay Platinum debit card except me and @VISHESH_BANSAL

Because we always delete the card from Amazon, when you trxn dnt save the card, untick save card option and choose delete my card option and proceed to pay. You will never face this problem on Amazon. Every month manually type your full card details and pay.

I called 3 CS agents yesterday to enquire about this card. I read out the name of the card that was in the picture you shared for privilege customers and every CS agent denied the existence of such a card :/

Arey, ICICI bank customer support team dnt know this card is exist.

Just Call and tell them to apply RuPay debit card, that's it. You will get by default RuPay Gold Platinum debit card.

they will give you wrong info like ICICI is not issuing RuPay card, What's RuPay card ? RuPay card is not available in India. RBI banned RuPay card, RuPay card is not supported e-com transaction, You will get only 10k monthly limit etc. These are wrong info. Ignore everything and just tell them to issue you RuPay debit card, that's it.
