IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

After manual complaint, I got my idfc first wealth debit cards point credited today for 6th september transaction but they credited wrong points. as per their rule, beyond 50k spent in a month, any spend will earn 10 points per 100rs spent on first wealth debit card.

For 50k transaction I correctly got 1333 points.

For next transaction of 97485 I got just 6120 points instead of 9748 points. I have blasted at them again. Let's see what happens.

Instead of call, mail them on banker@idfcfirstbank.com

There are chances, you will get all those rewards point again.

When they credit rewards point automatically, they dont check whether rewards points are credited manually for the transaction.



It happened with me as well in past, where automated rewards point were credited after 1 month

Yes it happened with me also. Sometimes twice reward points received for single transaction. First after 14 days when we raise issue with reward team for mannual credit and second auto credit after that
