I said that based on my personal experience when I upgraded from Normal Savings a/c DC to Select a/c DC…I got full points for both i.e. 8k + 20k in the same month!!
Not sure. I went to branch and they generated a payment link. Don’t receive any points.

They have to debit this charge within a timeframe as per terms and conditions. I think it’s 60 days. If they charge beyond 60, we can ask for refund.

I would have closed the account if not for a fd which is maturing in 2026. Will all the accounts that I hold be transferred automatically when I request for branch change? I think I should talk to new branch manager and get confirmation about account upgrade before taking the transfer. Should I request via customer care? Pls tell me if you know.

I tried calling their support team, but they were unable to transfer my call to RP team

Last week their executive inly told me to contact on 3rd october
14th Sep:- Second Saturday
15th Sep:- Sunday
16th Sep:- Eid
17th to 21st Sep:- 5 Working Days
22nd Sep:- Sunday
23rd to 27th Sep:- 5 Working Days
28th Sep:- 4th Saturday
29th Sep:- Sunday
30th Sep to 1st Oct:- 2 Working Days
2nd Oct:- Gandhi Jayanti
3rd & 4th Oct:- 2 Working Days
Total Working Days 5+5+2+2=14
So for 12th & 13th Sep transaction we can raise issue with rewards team on 5th Oct only

For 12th transaction include 13 as well
And i guess they include transaction date as well.
Because their executive only told me that for 13th september transaction, you will have to wait till 3rd october

And they have created a ticket for Manual credit for 13th September.
And turnaround time is 10 working days.
