Hdfc Swiggy cashback not correct

This month I haven't recieved 5% or 1% in cashback. Only 10% for swiggy transactions is given. Anybody faced similar issue?

In cashback earned table also it's showing only 10% one

Yeah one was Myntra which I'm expecting 5% while other were offline POS that should give 1%

Did you check with customer support about which mcc they recorded for those transactions?

Dropped a mail to them yesterday night. Waiting for reply.

I saw similar issue happened for millennia users also this this month. There's another thread for that. I guess the HDFC system has done some mistake.

thats a long process, just dial and check the mcc 4 digits for those transactions and disconnect, then if eligible have to deal through mail.

mccs can't, that changes every day, depends on lot of factors making post highly unusable after a week.

As mentioned officially on paper - no cashback. But it depends on MCC, if mcc in allowed list you can get it otherwise not irrespective of whatever you purchase.

And this mcc changes everyday and depends on POS/Payment Gateway, hence it needs frequent changes in thread and can't keep update everyday.

Does Eterna give 5X on Amazon Pay wallet loads, or just on Payzapp?

amzn is multi mcc platform. it provides grocer, utility, departmental, shopping etc. mcc

its your luck to get desired mcc in amzn.

ideally it should provide since that is wallet load but if you get anything else then you'll receive 0 points.

better stick with payzapp which has only 1 mcc to help wallet load.

I think it might not be in the list for 5% one.
HDFC has been very vague on the merchants eligible.

Utility par 1%. Milta hai na? I added in gostat.. but serms didn't gave 1%. Either utility exclude or gostat wallet not utility anymore or hdfc system curropt..

it is tagged as 5968 MCC which is for digital subscriptions(checked with customer support), hence sadly not eligible for 5% CB 🙁
