Hdfc Swiggy cashback not correct

This month I haven't recieved 5% or 1% in cashback. Only 10% for swiggy transactions is given. Anybody faced similar issue?

In cashback earned table also it's showing only 10% one

it is tagged as 5968 MCC which is for digital subscriptions(checked with customer support), hence sadly not eligible for 5% CB 🙁

how you had known the MCC code of your transaction

are you 100% certain that those are eligible transactions and mcc's provide either 5% or 1%?

it gets posted as credit transactions on your unbilled statement as aggregate for 1%, 5%, 10% buckets.

Here amazon mcc assigned in 5 % or 1 % both I checked in amazon both ordered only for shopping here 569 purchased regarding medical accessories & 459 for haldiram Food items & hubble consider as 1% as well for amazon gc purchased.

Please anyone can confirm should I raise concern for amazon 5% order with hdfc or this is disputed due to mcc change

What is cashback % of HDFC swiggy on Zomato, blinkit.
I have got only 1% , was thinking it shall be 5%

Zomato & some more popular grocery items app like amazon, zepto except instamart from swiggy eligible Under 1 % category.

Here airtel axis , sbi CASHBACK works smoothly.

Hdfc is very strict & tough for mcc classification.

Statement generation date is 17th how you got it on 16th? if you downloaded from app then it will be missing
