SBI Voucher Redemption Issue (Amazon Gift Card)

My relative recently redeemed enough rewards points for a 500 rupee Amazon voucher. They received an email with a link (like

https://link.gyftr.com) to claim the voucher, but clicking it results in a "This site can't be reached" error. We contacted support, but they closed the request stating a completion date of October 21st. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What steps should we take next?

Full link should be like: https://link.gyftr.com/sbi/53004637

After opening the link you will see page with Generate OTP button. After verifying with OTP you will see your voucher details.

I checked and the site is working properly try to open from another device. If using wifi then try with mobile data and vice-versa. Sometimes there are network issues also make sure url is correct.

In my case the link is like: http://https//link.gyftr.com/sbi?l=52048074. And it's not working

For some strange reasons my Browser was opening the Link with some typo (without : sign). And it was making the trouble. I still don't know why!

I received SBI simply click welcome voucher 500 but I am unable to redeem my voucher amazon gift card section it's showing this type error till 5 days what is the issue anyone had faced? I tried another amazon ac same error there
