Anyone managed to convert Axis Airtel to unconditional LTF?

I have paid Axis Airtel.
Wanted to convert to unconditional LTF, sent a mail to PNO but was rejected.
Anyone else was successful?

Usually Axis not accept LTF requests. if i am not wrong only few members able to get LTF.

Forget lifetime free, they are refusing to even waive off /reverse the renewal fee for a true burgundy customer
