IndusInd Legend Credit Card showed 5lac Credit Limit in Application but received 80k Credit Limit

hi,

indusind Legend showed 5lac limit in application stage but received 80k limit (screenshots attached)

first level customer support says nothing they can do.

any point in further escalation or not?

so this does not count as misleading or mis-selling on part of indusbank, if they displayed the credit limit during application process and provided a different one later on? (with no conditions on the limit show to indicate it as being tentative)

If you ask me personally, if you have got what you were promised (Applied Legend LTF and also received Legend LTF) then it does not constitute mis-selling/misleading. The limit shown on the advertised page is only a max limit that you can receive, but it is never guaranteed. Credit limit is always dependent on the credit portfolio of the applicant.

IndusInd Bank ,have a Bull in their Logo but work as SNAILS. They are a Swift FLASH to charge but SNAILS to refund their errors..sorry..HORRORS. when you e-mail them their standard reply are a mask to their Inefficiency. Their Manageiis more interested in Keeping their job instead of DOING THEIR JOB. They are Managers in title but peons in office politics.
Their Credit Card offers are only virtual and not tangible..

I got declined due to 45 enquiries in last six month what about you how many enquiries you have done in last six months approx?

What about your Cibil how much it's mine is 779 I was not aware of this enquiries matters

I had 789 at the time of application.

Enquiries don’t matter to an extent but in your case its overwhelmingly high.

Dont apply any new cc for atleast next 3 months otherwise you’ll trapped in this vicious cycles of enquiries and rejections.

Yes you are right now in Jan 25 i have only one enquiry of indus and in next three months I won't apply for new card
