HDFC millenia and platinum debit card devalued

Update, got all the points today.. so it was just a normal weekend hangout by hdfc dc team..

Hope still intact (till when, don't know)

It was month end week, retail people don't know how much work bank has to do in the last week.

I made the payment on 25th Morning,26th & 27th were working days. Yesterday & today are bank Holidays. Let's await few more days but my gut feeling is I won't get.

Gut feeling is not always trustworthy 😏



Note: This has happened previously, and it will keep happening in the future and sad part is, I have to keep repeating it again and again. Else, people will just instantly call/email HDFC customer care and ask for their cashback where they are not even supposed to get at least according to banks TnC.

Sorry sir, it was just that, last month I didn't read the update in the community that hdfc billpay mcc had changed and paid 1.5L using 2 diff platinum cards. Didn't get any single RP. It was then I searched and came across the updates regarding the debacle.

So when such a similar thing happened, I was a bit skeptic after day 3, that was the reason for the post, just to get to know about any mcc change.

Didn't mean to demean anyone's hardwork

Nobody got august cashback yet. It should be processed in this month or starting of December.
