I am holding Yes First Account since 9 years.. I have applied for Eclectic Debit Card 2 weeks back.. I haven't received so far.. How long did it take for you to receive this Debit card ? I am really not sure why it is taking this much longer for them to arrange a basic debit card..

Hi @jetesh.. How are you ? I have recently received Eclectic Debit Card.


But the features are different than what they claimed.

a. There is no mentioned facility for International Lounge Access here. Ideally I should get 2 International Lounge Access (International Lounge in Foreign Country) per year.

b. I had been notified that there will be Zero Cross Currency charges. Whereas it's mentioned here that there will be Cross Currency Markup of 1.99% on International Transactions.

I am thinking what kind of misinformation is this.. Could you check your enclosure letter & confirm that what offer you had received on above 2 points.

Being in a premium relationship of Yes First Setup how come they are giving such service to customers.

If any other users have this card, then kindly guide further. TIA

I just called the customer care and they said domestic is once per quarter and international is twice in a year

So BOGO and Lounge seem to be the only useful features of this DC to me. I am glad I got Yes RuPay Platinum instead for 20% up to ₹100 on bill payments via Amazon and 20% up to ₹100 on Swiggy as well (MOV of ₹129 only)

First, Register your debit card with Priority Pass. Please ensure that International eCom is activated when registering your card.

I am travelling in 2 days. Kindly guide me for the proper procedure to use the Debit Card with Priority Pass. How to activate International eCom here? I am not having this idea.. I will wait for your response..

Also another query for Yes Rewardz Points, I had availed Amazon gift card earlier (few days ago) while redeeming Yes Rewardz points. Today, Amazon Gift voucher option is not visible.
