Finally visited today.
Talked to 2 of their staff, one gave me the form that I can fill it up and they'll replace it.
And other one was asking which one I have (even though I showed him) and which one I want, told me that they're the same and I'll be charged for both and replacement is just waste of time. Didn't care though.
Couldn't remember any specific features so told about bms offer, told me it was on this one too, I said ok and gave back filled form to other staff.
She asked me if I could return the card else I can keep it If I am using it, but I hadn't even logged in Netbanking yet, so returned it.
I am told that it'll take long so I am not expecting anything before new year.
Let's see what they do.
