I have 2 guest and 2 cards holder(1 primary 1 addon), can all of us access lounge at same time? 1 guest with primary and 1 guest with addon total 4 person? or guest with addon will not be valid

Oh I see...
As far as I know, Addons do not have the power to give guest access. That stays with the Primary card holder.

I wanted to share an update regarding the usage of the Marquee Card/Priority Pass at airports. Initially, there was some concern that if a digital account was already created, the card might not work. However, I can confirm that despite having my digital account set up beforehand, the card worked perfectly.
I had kept my SBI Priority Pass as a backup and didn’t delete the account before testing, but to my surprise, everything worked seamlessly. Just sharing this for your information.

Did your Ad on used the card if any?

Also, did you used the priority pass app anywhere or just swiped the card itself on all the lounges?

Laslty, for guest if you swiped were you able to swipe instantaneously?

I didn’t use an add-on card during my trip since I don’t have one, and I was traveling alone.

I only swiped my card and didn’t make any transactions for a guest as I was traveling solo.

Some one in thread mentioned you can do that. I had applied for addon card , but they replied after 1 month that there is signature mismatch so rejected. Have to send form again.

Yes bank customer care was one of the worst in the industry and is going further downhill. Mails to 1st level customer service are not getting response after a week. If even the simplest of queries require escalation to PNO why they even bother to keep the L1?
