Some one in thread mentioned you can do that. I had applied for addon card , but they replied after 1 month that there is signature mismatch so rejected. Have to send form again.

Yes bank customer care was one of the worst in the industry and is going further downhill. Mails to 1st level customer service are not getting response after a week. If even the simplest of queries require escalation to PNO why they even bother to keep the L1?

I already stopped using SC cc months ago, mostly because of shitty service. They charge annual fees (eligible for waiver basis spends) and refunds that after 6 months.
