21K bill payment failed through HDFC debit card payment in Airtel app...Amount debited...By how many days i can expect a refund? or i need to raise any complaint?

if it shows refuned in airtel app transaction history then refund will be credited automatically in 4 working days.No need to worry.Reward points will not be reversed.

So I am asking, is canara setu still working? No one's giving a proper answer. I heard they changed MCC to utility, so is it still working?

In canara setu the mcc is changed to something else from utility.So you will not get any rp on hdfc platinum dc but you will get rp if you use hdfc millennia dc or any IDFC/SBI DC.

I have done a transaction in Canara setu( Retail CC Mumbai) with Indusind Select MasterCard world debit card on 10th December ,
No reward points are credited till now, will update if I get anything in future.

For indusind select debit card: Canara Setu ( Retail CC Mumbai) is still working.

Mera luck hi kharab hai, as soon as I got hdfc Swiggy for 5% AGV, they closed the loop. As soon as I got hdfc platinum dc, Airtel thanks turned to shit and Canara Setu party ended
