When I called CC two days ago to change the billing cycle, they said the change would take 45 days to take effect.
Like from from when i will get the new statement? from Jan or feb?
From when this rule came 🙁 people used to get done on call
Whats ur billing date and request given date?
Current date is 6th and request given for 12.th
Then probably u will get statement on jan 6 and new date in feb

Actually its standard procedure by every bank. They can't disturb current billing statement (1 or 2 banks may do). So they obviously change date in next month.
