which whey protein supplement/brand you prefer or use

ordered this yesterday.. been waiting for restock for 3 weeks.. i hope it good anyone have confused this particular vegan protein, it seem black currant is one of best favour so went for this only.
nutrabox is certified by trustified..else naturaltein bgreen and asitis is good optn for plant protein

I have used muscleblaze, Nakpro, and Nutrela but my stomach never liked them

After a long time I realised that these are of no use, so stated eating nuts and protein rich diet, reduced carbohydrates and added sugar and I am feeling much much better

Maintainance does you can easily get from diet you don’t need supplements unless you’re working out. Protein intake should be proportional to amount of exercise you are doing eating excess protein won’t do any good.

it depends..bcuz everyone is diff..like i can handle asitis pea protein..but not nutrabay pea protein..it depends on body..but considering nuts as protein source is bad..u need to calculate in vegan cases..if someone is non veg like me..then bang bang

Yeah, Naturaltein is a good one. I've been using their "The Good Prot" in chocolate flavor for 5-6 months, so I wanted a change. I've also tried Bgreen and Atom plant protein before.
i have tried nearly 6-8brands in my 4yrs gym life..naturaltein has dope quality and dope certificates

So for lactose intolerant people, is Whey Isolate better ?
Whey Isolate is better for lactose intolerants. It's little expensive though. Also you may feel some discomfort as it's not 100% lactose free...it's about 90% but you have to read ingredients and follow trial and error to choose how much and which whey isolate will be best for you.

Fellow members remember...WHEY PROTEIN is always best in nutrition profile and bioavailability than any vegan or plant based protein. You are just eating substandard incomplete protein.

I was using ON Gold and Muscle Blaze Isolate but recently my Blood Urea levels were high hence doctor asked to stop for a month and retest the levels. Maybe I was having too much protein.

It's good that you're listening to your doctor's advice and taking a break to monitor your health. High protein intake can strain the kidneys, especially if there are pre-existing concerns. Hopefully, your blood urea levels improve with the break, and you can reassess your protein intake afterward. Stay healthy!
