A Punjabi guy is protein request ? What happened to paneer puttar ?
Bhaii I eat 2 meals a day and my eating window is 5 hours in 24 hours. I do have vegetable juices, coco water in fasting window and I do flaunt 4 pack abs with a mixture of rigorous home workouts and yoga. Never counted calories just eat healthy home cooked foods, nuts, juices, smoothies et al.

protein requirement from these foods r more of carbs and less protein..in that case..ur overall calorie budget will go over..eventually make u more fattier..as u r eating more..
once i was fan of fittuber..and he is the reason..i m persuing dietitian as my primary carrier now..but and i hate fittuber more now..for his illogical pseudoscience videos..and fear mongering of things
I'm a fan of him even now. Everything he suggests is mostly tested by me and I've seen absolutely mind boggling results.

Agree with your opinion about fittiber although i was never a fan, saw a couple of videos it’s full of crap seems he is creating things out his own imagination just to create content and get views by saying things that go against science and logic

Everything is backed quoted by sources if you could possibly see?

I purchased 44 KG NUTRABAY (trustified) 100% concentrate @980/kg(after all BMSM, cc and cash Karo discounts)in this year BBD-24, for the whole year (which otherwise cost 1800/kg) and have already authenticate all packets from the brand website...is it a good deal?
It’s a great deal, please explain in detail.

Best protein source as vegetarian is paneer but it should be lean not malai paneer made from full cream milk. All plant based protein are incomplete protein sources they lack essential amino acids and their bioavailability is low, just looking at protein content of beans and nuts won’t give a complete picture. Pulses are classified as complex carbohydrates not proteins they contain mainly carbohydrates with some protein and fibre

I’m a vegetarian myself. Paneer, drained curd and milk that’s my goto protein source apart from supplements

You’re mistaken about plant protein being incomplete—that’s a total myth. I sincerely urge you to watch the documentary The Game Changers for more insight.

I eat home-cooked. No protein supplements.

My protein sources:
1. 250 grams of chicken thrice a week.
2. 250 grams of fish once a week.
3. 6-8 eggs per week.
4. a bowl of lentils in lunch.
5. soya, beans, grams, cheese
6. peanut butter
7. roasted chana/ moongfali/ makhana with my evening tea.
My boyyy. .

its not a myth its a fact..plant sources r really incomplete..u need deep knowledge of each amino acids requirements for muscle protein synthesis..else u r eating protein only..but triggering muscle for that..needs calculation

How much do you guys agreee with this video?

I watched this and totally agree. I’ve also consumed 130–180g of protein daily, sometimes even 2–3 scoops of whey protein, just to impress others. Eventually, nothing changed. My workouts used to last 2.5 hours before COVID.

Now, I keep it simple: 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes for strength training, followed by 20 minutes of cardio. Recently, I’ve increased my cardio to 30–50 minutes on the treadmill and added a 20–45 minute evening walk.

As for my diet, I eat 100–150g of paneer split across two meals. I do take plant protein every day after watching this, planning to alternate it with more whole foods instead of relying on supplements. Thanks for tagging me!

On weekends, I have oats with Pintola Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, breaking the cycle of eating peanut butter regularly every 4 months on and off.

I’d categorize myself as being in stage 3 now. I still want to achieve a proper physique at least once, so I’ll give it my all over the next 11 months and then focus on maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
