IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System [Discontinued]

I upgraded to first select on Dec 15 , did several transactions post that with first select card . No points credited till today . Should this be raised for manual posting ?

Same happened with my friend. Reward team tells him that reward account is not link with debit card so first they raised a request for linking of reward account with debit card. May be you are in same line. Call rewards team they will clarify.
