Convert Eterna from VISA to Mastercard

Recently got an Eterna from BOB, but it is a VISA Infinite card.
I don't have a Mastercard CC with me, hence was wondering if it's possible to change the network from VISA to MC for Eterna?

Has anybody gotten this done?

They will ask for the reasons why you would like to change your network form VISA to MC. Without any valid reason they would simply deny this request.

Any luck with this? I too just got this in visa when I specifically requested mastercard. If it's not possible to convert, I am not planning to activate it.

Except lounge access, MasterCard world or Visa Infinite cards aren't much useful, either of them.

Can you explain the process? I have received the Eterna, Mastercard variant yesterday. I need the Visa Infinite. Still not activated the card. Already emailed for this to crm@bobcard.co.in . No reply yet.

Well for my UPI, I am fully using Kiwi Yes bank. It gives me more rewards. So if UPI is excluded what should be considered ?

Visa for more acceptability

MC MDR is high as compared to Visa. If you generally use Online go for MC.
