Yes thats the reason. They have that rule. Home and office addresses should be within 100kms range i think

After 2 months even after completing office visit they rejected with some random reason when asked exact reason.

BoB is now offering Snapdeal Rupay Variant with 0 JF & 0 AF as an additional card. No physical card will be sent though. Earlier Easy Rupay was offering as LTF as an additional card.
