With effect from 20th April 2024, the following changes will be applicable on your favourite axis bank credit cards.

In short (what changed):

- Buy-one-Get-one free movie/non-movie ticket offer on BookMyShow will be discontinued.
- 24*7 complimentary concierge services will be discontinued (seems like no one using it).
- Complimentary airport meet & assist services reduced and/or discontinued.
- Gold/Jewelry, Govt. Services, Utilities not eligible for milestone, normal reward points - nothing.
- Domestic lounge access required 50,000 in previous 3 calendar months.

The Axis Retention team offered 2500 Reward points(On Myzone Card) to Retain me and also offered to Waive off any annual fee on ACE card due to Non Usage in July if it comes due. I have agreed to continue for now on the condition that they reverse the Utility Surcharge Penalty. Planning on shutting down in June..

What's the "Utility Surcharge Penalty"? Did you do utility txns of huge amount?

Have requested them twice for unfair fees. First time they reversed the Fees while I had to bear the GST. have requested them again just today again for the current Revision of Caps to various transaction. Will be closing my Axis cards soon. don't see much use anymore

I have been getting troubles from HDFC which I wouldn't take too much time on in this message as a result of which I decided to continue my banking with Axis.
I have been looking to add an Axis CC to my portfolio and had my eyes on M4B but looking at all these threads around devaluation, is it still worth the trouble? Trouble because the BM is trying to sell it as a big deal by saying things like it's only being given to business owners now and not salaried people etc.

I have Infinia credit card but I used to own Magnus 2yrs back but I closed it because of devaluation. Now I have been using Accor hotels lately wanted to see if there is any axis card worth applying for ? my primary target is to transfer points to Accor group....any suggestions would be helpful
