SBI Cashback card effective rate only 2.5%'

All the spends are online shopping in above image. I got only 109 as cashback which means 2.5%

Anyone facing similar issue?

Exactly. Also the Amazon transaction was a mobile recharge for which i used that trick of adding 10 rupees as APay Balance and then paying the rest amt using CC.

Will customer care solve this issue or do i need to contact/mail someone else?

You contact CC in the app itself or you can call them.

Can't understand how the cashback earned is 894. Total amt spent is 20545. If it's 1%+ 4% then it should be 1026. How come it's only 894 ? Can someone explain?

Your IRCTC transaction count on 5% category?
Because UTS App transaction count as 5% Categories

Correct, the banks should periodically verify mcc and its associated business. So nobody gets incorrect cashback/points.

Worst part is that we don't know the mcc while doing transaction. RBI should make it mandatory to mention mcc code and category on otp page.

You can buy from Amazon you will get 5%. Don't do overbuying, for some ppl the CC payment is not coming.

Amazon is fine.Unless someone has bought from gyftr recently without getting the card blocked, I would adv against using cashback card on gyftr to get extra 3% discount. For some people it's been a month and still the card is blocked. Risk is yours. Personally I would recommend against buying from gyftr and be happy with 5% from amazon

You can't use sbi card, if u have fear of blocking.

I have got my card blocked and unblocked about 10 times within 2 days.

I faced blockage initially in October, I complained this frequent blocking to nodal officer. I bought ₹10K voucher 4 days ago and it was successful in first try.
