SBI Cashback card effective rate only 2.5%'

All the spends are online shopping in above image. I got only 109 as cashback which means 2.5%

Anyone facing similar issue?

Can't understand how the cashback earned is 894. Total amt spent is 20545. If it's 1%+ 4% then it should be 1026. How come it's only 894 ? Can someone explain?

IRCTC has many MCC based on random payment gateway. Better book ticket from amazon using apay gift card.

Cashback card is getting blocked on purchasing from above link(gyftr) despite being sbi yono offer. Amazon is fine.Unless someone has bought from gyftr recently without getting the card blocked, I would adv against using cashback card on gyftr to get extra 3% discount. For some people it's been a month and still the card is blocked. Risk is yours. Personally I would recommend against buying from gyftr and be happy with 5% from amazon

I faced this issue for the first 2-3 transactions, but last couple of transactions haven't faced any issue.

Last time it got blocked, I got a call immediately to confirm the transaction and unblock the card, after which my next transaction went through fine.
But I've heard that not all are getting this call.
So, what you could do instead is to login to the SBI Card app before transacting on gyftr. If your transaction gets blocked, then you can immediately unblock the card from the app itself and then try the transaction again.

I've exhausted my quota for this month, so will be using gyftr only next month. Let's hope I don't have to rely on all these tricks! 😋

Mine too got unblocked after getting the call but on second attempt again got blocked and despite the call, the option to unblock(think was 'Press 1') wasnt happening. Managed to get the card unblocked through customer care but took almost 24 hours for the app to get activated back again despite the card being unblocked. There have been cases where despite the complaint being raised with the cc it has taken over month for the card to be operational again.. too much of a risk and too much of a bother to get into ince it gets blocked. I am very happy with the overall 5% it gives across the board and enjoying that...but nothing stopping people who want to venture out and get extra 2-3 % diacount🙂
