Just applied 2 days ago. I applied because I came across a tweet that said scapia is now being offered to existing federal Bank customers also. And this was said by the customer executive of scapia

I was excited , went ahead and applied, only to get rejected.
After that I came across a follow up tweet and clarification that what the customer executive meant was existing federal Bank saving account holders -_-

I had a Jupiter savings account and Federal Onecard. I could apply and get this card.

Others ahving core Federal bank cards have been also able to successfully get this card.

Can you point out where and whom you saw successfully get this card while already having fed core card?

I didn't get citing internal policies I have a core card Signet + wave.

I had fi and Jupiter but they're closed now God knows how this works...

Please can anyone will tell that scapia cards availablity ?In which pin codes its available i dont want a waste enquiry on my cibil as i am sure that its not available in my city.but i want to give noida address with pincode 200301 of office 201301 its vaialble here or not ?

It's not 5% cashback but 5%rewards and scapia reward point is worth 20p so 1% cashback. On this cashback you can only redeem against Flights and bus and train on platform where you'll have to pay reward redemption fee so effective cashback is even lower.

After seeing this thread, I thought of opening the Scapia app and trying my luck once again. Even though Scapia app showed me 3 days ago that I cannot apply as I am an existing Federal bank customer. Plus, I emailed them last week and they replied that due to 'technical' difficulties I cannot get Scapia card.

Now, I used to have OneCard Federal card 2 years back and Fi Money savings account which I closed 1.5 years ago. No current relationship with Federal bank of any sort.

Opened the app and tried my luck. I was asked for the usual details and it showed me a limit of Rs. 2,97,000 and no video KYC was asked because I'm an 'existing Federal bank customer'. Only selfi image was asked to be uploaded. Now, it's asking me to wait for 24-48 hours for final approval or whatever. Fingers crossed.

Can we request for scapia variant change from Visa to rupay

Hopefully we can hold both like dual cards. Federal Bank should also allow for multiple credit cards. I've their Signet and Wave Rupay.

Existing Federal Bank Credit Card users can get the rupay varient of scapia credit card. While you apply you can see that message on the app.

what about eligible pincodes? anyone got that list? because eligible pincodes for scapia is different from normal federal cards

I have jupiter and fi Account I as I entered the pan no it's says it's looks you are existing customer of fed experience will be more seamless.then i varified all the detail now I am stuck here attaching
On the next page they are showing address which pre filled as per bank record but I am sure this address is not serviceable application will reject so I left

To my surprise, the application was processed mentioning I am an existing federal customer and not vkyc is required and details will be pulled from there!
Limit was shown on the app was Rs 5L and in the end it asked for a selfie.
Today I got an email saying the card is ready to be used! and the phyical scapia card is being dispatched to my address.
