If you have complained to RBIO, wait for closure mail/mail seeking your comments. You should be eligible for compensation under CIBIL Compensation Framework provided you submitted CIBIL report and bank details along with the complaint. If not, your complaint date may be considered as the date when all required details was submitted.
I did submit the CIBIL report multiple times with the RE in complaints, and I also added it with the RBIO complaint.
 
Hello Everyone,
I am going to file a complaint against indusind bank as they havent resolved my query for over 6 months.

I wanted to know that in the RBI CMS portal, I have to input the bank details such as branch etc..

Now , I have been complaining via email directly to the bank and not my branch, so in this field do i still enter my branch details or is there a head branch that deals with these complaints that I have to input?

What is the issue?
Two separate issues actually

1. There was a spend based offer on my exclusive debit card wherein id get Swiggy 6 months membership. I didn't receive this.

2. I made a few transactions in November via my debit card for which they have not credited rewards points . I raised the issue back then itself and realised that they acknowledged the email but never replied. So decided to pursue via ombudsman as indusind always takes complaints lightly so want to make sure they pay for it. ( Had a huge issue with them for delayed account opening and was compensated 5k back then via rbi ombudsman)
 
Can enyone tell what is the timelines for resolution ?
I lodged a Complaint against idfc for wrong reasoning of rejection card application on-28-01-2025
after 2 days idfc asked me for some docs after that there is no response from both sides.

Same not fulfilled for me, I mailed them and in two days they sent me a code 😅
