I tried converting the Kotak Myntra RuPay LTF - strictly denied by customer care!

I even requested an annual fee reversal (as I didn't meet the spend criteria) - denied.

Tried for a card upgrade - guess what? Denied.

card upgrade? Are they even taking upgrade requests after RBI ban (even though if its lifted)

Actual rbl offers 2500 points for retention.
Regarding upgrades,3rd party cards can't be upgraded to core cards. So they struct at that variant for lifetime

How much retention ERs are they giving on paid privilege.....if i say that I want to close bcz Axis is giving it as free upgrade to other users (or whatever reason)?

UPdate: Got 5000 ER points as retention after doing a bit of matha pachhi! They were offering Neo/MyZone as LTF..tht too after 2 months (since privilege was upgraded only last month)

My preferred mode for contacting customer care is LIVE Chat, so can I request for closure of ACE Card through that and see if i get any retention offer OR
Is it risky to do through LIVE Chat, they might process CLOSE request without giving any offer ?

So LTF card with 12500 ER points + 7500 ER as retention is a good deal from Axis.

I was offered only 5000 points as retention offer.

SBI Cashback Paid - Raised closure request.They denied LTF. I was not using that card. So closed.

Axis iocl regular LTF - Just checked to convert to Myzone LTF. They denied to convert as LTF. Asked them to close as I already have AXIS IOCL Premium as LTF (Migrated from CITI).
But they credited 500 miles as retention.So not closed.

Ohhhh...you could have asked them to waive the annual fees for 1 year atleast and keep the card for some more time!
I feel SBI CB is a very very good card even if we have online expenses upto 1.5 lakhs (they waive the fees on request even when spends are bit less than 2 lakhs)

Okay... I have 3 cards. Airtel (paid), Neo(LTF) and myzone(LTF)

1. Called Axis to cancel myzone, took 2500 Edge points retention.
2. Called Axis again to close Neo, denied 1250 Edge points.
3. Applied for Privilege LTF from APP, didnt get any approval message.

Waiting waiting !

i applied in app.....no didnt got any decline message...only kyc message...
