Sbi rewards points will be available in 2-3 days in rewards portal or yono app. (Earlier used to be late, that is not the case now).

Yesterday, my debit card also got blocked while making a transaction on PhonePe. Then I went to the branch to get it unblocked and successfully made a transaction on SBI Unipay.
Now, since this morning, whenever I try to make transactions on SBI Unipay and PhonePe, they are failing, and I don't know the exact reason.

Sorry to ask again, but I can't find the answer on this thread. How is transaction rounding done? 🤔 I got 32 points for a Rs. 3210 transaction, but only 58 points for Rs. 5917!

It's 2 points for 200 spend, so 5917 gets considered as 5800.

This is so bad in my opinion when SBI claims solid banking,
What is it so much to call a customer to branch, I hate visiting Govt bank.
Now the problem is I'm living almost 300KM far from home branch. My account was opened in my home town when I was in school.
Very very sad 😢, idiot bank has idiot customer service also. My account is blocked, I can't access anything now.
No access to YONO, No net banking,, there is no online mechanism to restore.
Try complaining to sbi regional head and concerned higher authorities. Cc to branch email id. Branch will contact you. They will insist you to visit branch.
Give them proper reason why you don't want to visit branch for such silly reason. They will tell you to send a letter (scan copy) to branch email with masked aadhar copy for re verification of kyc. If they don't give that option then u give them option. Your work should be done.
Atleast I did that way. I agree they need to adopt some alternative methods to unblock. Till then use physical DC / other cards in emergency.
Log new new SBI account open kar k turant 50k daal k transaction kar rahe hai.
SBI ka system suspicious activity dekh k block kr raha hai aur kuch nahi.
kuch log online acc open kar rahe hai, unke account blocked hone k bhi high chance hai.
Go to a nearest branch and check with them. SBI is not as sarkari as it was before. It's good in many branches. I had excellent experience in 2-3 branches in Kerala.

For Re KYC , I don't know how will they react as my aadhar card has now nee address, last year I purchased a home and aadhar was updated,
I had bitter experience with SBI branch at my home town, those people are typical sarkari babu,
Now there will be so many problems they will say, first I have aadhar with non local address,
SBI has locked all services for me, no upi, no yono app login, no NetBanking,
It happens only because I tried bill payment from phonePe which was failed also,
