IndusInd Bank Relationship: Aura Edge Add-on Card (Sept 2023) -> Add-on Upgraded to Legend (Mar 2024) -> Opened Indusind Select Account (May 2024) ->Applied Indusind Credit Card via @RS1910 (not blaming him in July 2024) (Which was rejected by the Bank after verification) -> Legend CC (Oct 2024)

I got a call from some IndusInd CC agent that I have a pre-approved CC offer with up to 5L. I did not give importance as I thought she was just saying to complete her quota and asked her to call after some time. She followed up with me and I said I was not interested I thought again the bank would reject it. On 16th Oct I got a WhatsApp message with the same offer as mentioned by her earlier. I thought of giving it a try the link redirected me to a different website (http://easycredit.indusind.com/) where I was asked to give the OTP and got 7-8 options to select from.

Credit Card Options: Aura Edge, Platinum Visa and Rupay Variant, EazyDiner Signature and Platinum both variants, and Legend.
I opted for the IndusInd Legend Visa Variant as it will make my Select Account Zero Balance.
Application accepted instantly without any verification or documentation.

The card was generated on 18th Oct -> Delivered on 21st Oct with a 4.62L Limit which currently overtakes my ICICI Bank Limit (4.2L)
Only kept around 250 in SB and did max 10 transactions all small amounts from the date of account opening.

Now I need to get Indusind Tiger CC on Split base and waiting for the EazyDiner Signature LTF offer. Any idea how to get it?
Will keep the Legend as it complements my Select Account to 0 AQB.

Yes, all the necessary details u've to mention in the application including ur salay, employment and all other important details as usual. For my case, I didn't do any VKYC as I'm already an account holder of Indusind Bank...

Guys, I'm planning to break up with IndusInd soon.
I'm considering moving my banking relationship to another bank.
However, I might upgrade/open a Pioneer Banking account with IndusInd if they offer me the Pioneer Heritage Metal Credit Card
Should I negotiate with the branch for this before moving? Any chance of getting approval?
Or
Should I just close all accounts without any expectations and move on with my decision?
Currently, I don't have any Indus CC (Closed a few months ago)

Just close it without any expectations. Anyways they will be busy with the March end tasks. 😉

There is nothing fancy about IndusInd cards, they are just some lifestyle cards.

Coming to Pioneer Banking, there are some agents on Forum they might help you get it basis on some decent NRV as it is March end. Try to negotiate or if your NRV is high and looking for some good cards try HDFC or ICICI.

Once just talk to BM/Rm if he can get it done else say on their face that you want to close the account and start closing process.

TBH, they are useless; they don't even know the basic banking operations

Coming to BM... He's a perfect IndusInd bank employee with bank traits 🤣 🤣

CC Agents may help, but I've to find a good Agent....

nothing good in Indus since a long time, they have higher savings interest rate and thats it. nothing else exist on that bank.

but if u want to try ur chances then this month is ur best chance, show them something they want and get what u want.

If all fails, close it in Apr. Again, Pioneer = Exclusive = Normal Savings account in Indus. All same treatment to customers.

Note: This doesn't apply people who wlcan keep 50L or above MAB, then things different.
