SBI Yono UPI Deregisters automatically every time I open the app

Ever since the last few weeks, every time I open my Yono app and go to the UPI section, it always asks me to register for UPI. I have already registered many times but it gets automatically deregistered. Since then the app has also been updated 2 times. But the issue is still there. I'm on iOS. There is nothing about this on the web. Is it happening with everyone or just me?
