Axis Privilege Credit Card over Axis Myzone or Axis Neo - Query

TF Buzz
i have airtel axis already but need a Core LTF card in my portfolio. My current portfolio has multiple cards which give good offers on swiggy zomato(Airtel, HSBC live+, DCP) So im not sure if myzone or neo will help and since privilege has eazydiner offers i think that could help more. But other than that is it worth to get Privilege over the other 2?

Also if someone could share in my DMs the referral link for above 3 cards it would be much appreciated

Well, you're thinking about best card (neo) vs lost shine card (myzone) vs idle card (privilege) and all of them have equal eazydiner offers which is surprisingly same for your airtel or Live+ card.

Not recommended but if you want, go for it. You won't use it anyway.

Between Neo and MyZone , How is Neo better than MyZone?
Asking coz I am planning to take one of these from pre-approved offers.

- both are core cards
- both work for 🪓 offers
- myzone swiggy benefit need min. 500rs spends and its only 24% discount (btw, swiggy/zomato already hiked prices of items by 15% + platform fee + delivery charges (>7km because their gold or one scam with increased restaurant distances) + GST + Packing Charges + Festive Fee (during festive times) etc. = which usually 30%+.
- neo zomato needs only 200rs. spends to get 40% discount
- both has same eazydiner offers

But my zone has B1G1 movie ticket offer

I have the same 3 options now. My analysis:
- Axis currently has very good bank offers (12% off, which in higher than the usual 10%) on flipkart for only RUPAY variants. So privilege doesn't work for this.
- Privilege gives you 800 off on eazydiner bills worth 2500 or more. This is a super valuable benefit for me personally because every time we go out, we use one of our friends' atlas cards to get this offer. This easily saves me 800 every month, which is not bad for an LTF card. If you're in a city like Bangalore and you frequently go out to drink or dine, this card is insane value. A lot of good restaurants in Bangalore, Hyderabad etc accept eazydiner payments and saving 800 on a bill is massive.
- None of the other benefits actually matter to me, I can't be bothered using credit cards to save ~100 off conditionally and then waste time to pay off the bill or risk forgetting it etc.

I'm leaning towards getting one of the Rupay cards since I never dine alone and will most likely use the other person's axis card to get easy offers. Also I've will buy a lot of electronics and tech on flipkart regularly, so this should help with saving costs on them.

Also Axis Neo discount on Zomato can be applied in addition to the on going offers the restaurant has but with Myzone and Swiggy it doesn't work that way

What is this 10-12% off Rupay discount offer on Flipkart? Any links to check? I have Flipkart Axis card on Mastercard.

Any of these cards have offers on single movie ticket booking? Or any LTF card out there has offers on single movie ticket booking? I mean even 20-25% offer is good enough for me. Rest I mostly order from BigBasket or Amazon Fresh (rarely from Blinkit; never from Swiggy).

I am just looking to get that BMS convenience fees waived off.

yes reserv, bms play, sbi elite or aurum, indusind tiger, eazy diner.

btw, con. fee in bms is 13-18%.

These are not LTF I believe, right? In fact Aurum is crazy expensive iirc.
I am just looking to offset single ticket conv. fee. It just pinches to pay those fees. (I am sorted for bogo tickets).
I watch 3-4 films (sometimes more) in theatres every month, mostly alone. And plays as well.
Prices are generally Movies: 180-250. Plays: 300-500.
I don't want to pay a fee for a card to get that 13-18% off (as you have said) just for BMS because for everything else I'd use HDFC DCB (and right now Atlas as well).

reserv ltf if u play smart and strong cibil, play ltf but needs to spend 5k which u usually spend around 2k alone on movies or plays (I'm sure u have 3k other expenses including 1k pop corn for that month, as example).

reserv = 25%
play = direct 1

tiger, ltf but only 1 free ticket in 6 months.

its worth to pay fee and get eazydiner because u have heavy usage (normal 1 movie per month), which u easily recover.

not always look for fee paid, check effective return.

Also, for a moment think practically .. "why would any bank offer u 3-4 tickets every month at either 25% or 50% discount that too as LTF..", would you think that is possible?

other options: idfc cards, au cards (work for district app)

Supposedly mc & rupay myzone will also work with the same coupon on zomato but not via variant. I cannot confirm this as I don't have the card in question.

But can any active cardholder confirm if rupay myzone also works on zomato?

I don't have (rather "didn't have") a problem paying fees. When the insane devaluation started happening I lost all motivation. Burnt my fingers with couple of cards like Magnus etc. Since then I decided it's not worth it having that additional headache of "ah, I need to finish limit X on card A, limit Y in card B, limit Z within N days on card C". Kind of want to keep it "less involved". But I understand it's fine for many people and that's okay.

> would you think that is possible?

I think it is almost never free if banks start giving this card for free for people who don't even have an a/c in their banks. That's a different story. When I was asking about LTF card I'd assumed I'd be asked to open an account and keep few lakhs there - there you go, I just paid them.

> reserv ltf if u play smart and strong cibil, play ltf

By "play" you meant RBL Play card, right?

How do I play smart to get Yes Rserv LTF? I have a CIBIL 796 (last checked few months ago). No salary currently but income from capital gains and a bit of freelancing. So I can only show ITR.

Thanks a lot for all the details mate.

sample (need patience, timing and mostly luck):
march - financial year end, good cibil, strong repayment history, nice paycheck or itr, applied reserv, wait for activation and play with them for ltf or fyf.

since u also willing to keep few lakhs then chances are very high if u negotiate with branch directly.

yes, play = rbl play, spend 5k and get 500 (250+250) direct discount tickets.
