Unable to add Credit Card anywhere

I am unable to add my Federal Bank Credit Card on CRED, on Paytm, on Google Pay, etc.

It states that mobile number linked to the card is different but that isn't the case.

Others cards have the same phone number and they are getting added and working fine on these platforms.

I want to add this card to pay the bills and track them.

Any idea how to fix it? I called the customer care and they just said it's a third party app issue and the mobile number linked to Federal CC is correct.

Call the bank and ask them to reset your card token, that should fix it.

It's a ciphered hash key, that's unique to your card chip, in some cases something might get messed up by the bank while handshakes with the card network, so resetting token might fix that issue.
