Facing Issue on Flight Booking on Tata Neu

Hello, Everyone,

I wanted to book a flight from New York to Delhi, round trip (1st May to 20th May). Since I am tata employee, I am shown some tata employee discount.
When booking, it shows 52,855:




After skipping seat & food selection, and clicking continue, the price jumps to:54395


As you can see the base fare changes to normal fare from empoyee discounted fare. (Normal base fare: 21880, tata employee discounted fare:20340)


Since I am planning to book for multiple people, the change in base fare is significant. I raised issue with the customer care, they provided no help whatsoever.

Any help is highly appreciated.
