@kunal89 ICICI is free for selected users. PNB is easy to get. So is BoB. Wait for LTF offer from BoB, if you want a higher variant card. Else, you can get their entry level card free of cost.

I got Axis IOCL Rupay card as LTF since HDFC did not give infinity as LTF.

Jo card RuPay me available nahi hai woh RuPay me nahi milega simple aur bank ko 1 se jada means 2 card network sath tieup rakhna hai, jo ki Visa and Mastercard k sath tieup karne se guidelines pura ho jayega. Compulsory nahi hai ki RuPay k sath tieup karna hoga.
