I had 0 balance A/c in 2015 when I was a student. They opened it for many students when they came to our college. They were charging fee for each ATM withdrawal. That time, there was no strong online customer support & we didn't have knowledge about RBI complaint etc. So I closed a/c. Recently Some of my friends had Salary a/c in this bank. They also observed that it deducts some chindi charges like 2.31 Rs but when visit to branch, branch employees don't have clue about that. Some of my friends have shifted their salary a/c to SBI from CBI.

soon ED and IT will also issue DCs and CCs. They have got a lot of money from Swiss bank and they are giving back to society.

Checked my latest PNB statement. PNB has charged 750 INR as annual fee for Rupay Select CC even though it is mentioned as 500 INR on the website. Anyone else faced the same issue?

Tension ni dada, full refund milega. Sarkari kaam hai par refund ekdum rapchik milta hai.

Yeah yeah, in ATM actually you can withdraw, but I assumed OP was saying about CC, so I was focusing on POS txn.

@aayusharyan Many POS machines also accept JCB cards in Vietnam. Vietnam banks also issue JCB Credit Cards in Vietnam.

JCB has decent acceptance in the Asia Pacific region. Most ATMS in South East Asian countries were accepting JCB

@CARDBITRAGE Yes and POS machines also accept JCB Cards. From last few years JCB Card rapidly expanding to European countries too. However, all major European countries already accept JCB Card, they accept JCB Card since 2000 (more than 2 decades) including many small villages in Europe also accept JCB Cards. @Walter White @aayusharyan

I posted a problem with PNB RuPay Select for UPI payment. Unfortunately, it missed the attention of gurus and received no replies.

I wrote to PNBCC but they didn't reply. Any update...

Some small merchants allow only payment under 2k. You cant pay more than 2k.

Try any big merchants and let me know.
