    Axis bank goofed up today ... Asked them to close one small FD in clear writing and they closed another FD of much bigger amount, resulting in interest loss due to premature withdrawal. I had to do all this since it was not getting closed from net banking / app

    Can anyone share the escalation matrix of Axis and email IDs? What is highest level PNO email?

    I want to do this before raising complaint with RBIO

    Just do a formality of mailing they won't resolve the issue for sure. Approach RBI ask for interest+ compensation for such goof up

    Can we receive the OTPs while abroad without activating international roaming on Airtel?

    I am thinking of taking Esim packs which are much cheaper than Airtel IR packs in Phuket. Please guide if anyone has prior experience

    Once in lifetime. My brother went to multiple countries and did not need to recharge IR pack after activating IR.

    Yes it works in postpaid as well. You just need to pay your normal monthly bill if you don't make/receive any call during your trip.

    ICICI bank is confusing me.... I got charged debit card fees (236) yesterday for the first time in last 11-12 years. So called helpline and they said account is downgraded to Privilege with 25K MAB hence charges

    My account has always been Wealth. Netbanking and App also shows Wealth. What is up with ICICI bank? Really confusing.

    Which account variant has 0 debit card fees? I have 4 ccs with >12L CL on them

    One way can be fetch bill via cred and use Payzapp UPI in other options. Other can be to use bank's billdesk website and pay using UPI from there

    How are they using Amex points? Is everyone staying in Marriott? And is everyone staying with property redemption of more than 1rs per MR? Or is everyone staying in Taj with 10k voucher?

    So finally received the Axis Atlas also.... Little late to jump on this as I really did not need this earlier, but fine. got it as LTF under Burgundy Salary criteria. Welcome benefits of 5000 EM should be applicable. Have 3 cards from Axis now and all good cards that too LTF (MB, Atlas and Select)
