You need to understand what that 30 days validity means in their context. Different types of vouchers have different validity: for example, Prime has 1 year, Lakme vouchers have 1 year, and some vouchers have 6 months. However, Rupay won't entertain any requests regarding any issues you face after 30 days for their convenience. That's why they say 30 days validity for all vouchers, but that doesn't mean your vouchers won't work after 30 days.

Yesterday i applied for add on card and after that my ecommerce transactions are getting declined with the old card. Anyone facing this issue. I cant redeem anything in rupay website also. Ecom transactions are on..
