Still its a free upgrade, no reason not to take it. They may upgrade to imperia after sometime which could help in getting premium cards.

Can get additional platinum debit cards for your family by extending preferred status. Not sure if classic account has that.

You have to upgrade dc. They dont upgrade cc, they dont even consider your account status for that.

No, Premium credit card has to be applied. That's a different process all together.

No, Premium credit card has to be applied. That's a different process all together.

You have to upgrade dc. They dont upgrade cc, they dont even consider your account status for that.

Strangely, my account was a normal current account and the first pre approved CC offer was of 40K limit, when I upgraded to classic the offer shot up to 1L in one go.

I recently upgraded to preferred banking. I talked to RM, he said if your current debit card expires, then u will get preferred DC, else you ur current DC. Else if u want a preferred one, then u can apply for it.
